Nursentia is being built to help nursing institutions work with sensitive information responsibly. This policy explains how this early-access website handles information.

Current early-access note: When the waitlist endpoint is configured, the form sends your email address to Nursentia and stores it in our waitlist service so we can contact you about early access. If that service is not configured, the form displays an error instead of pretending that your submission was saved.

1. Information we collect

This website does not operate user accounts, analytics tracking, or advertising pixels. If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and technical request metadata needed to protect the endpoint from abuse. If you contact us directly by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, institution, email address, and message.

2. How we use information

Information sent to us directly is used to respond to your enquiry, understand institutional interest, provide requested product information, and communicate about Nursentia when you have asked us to do so.

We do not sell personal information or use information submitted by prospective institutions for targeted advertising.

3. Future product data

Nursentia is intended for institutional education management. A future application may process student, faculty, clinical-partner, compliance, and operational records on behalf of subscribing institutions. Those institutions will remain responsible for determining why and how their records are processed. A separate customer agreement and product privacy documentation will govern that service before production use.

4. Service providers

If we connect the website to an email, hosting, form, analytics, or customer-relationship service, we will update this policy to identify the relevant categories of provider and the purpose of the disclosure. We expect providers to process information only for the services they provide to us and to maintain appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention and security

We retain direct enquiries only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we intend to use access controls, encrypted transport, least-privilege practices, and reputable infrastructure for any production service.

6. Your choices

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or ask us to stop sending non-essential communications. Contact us at hello@nursentia.org.

We may update this policy as the website and product develop. The date above indicates when it was most recently revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
